[Precautions]

- If there is no suitable case for the winning work as a result of the examination, it may not be selected.

- Participants selected for screening or awarding must submit the original work file and related documents to verify the organization's eligibility for participation. Failure to submit this may result in the exclusion or cancellation of the award.

- The winning works can be released to the public through the official SNS and website of the World K-Pop Center, and can be used for production, reproduction, and distribution as promotional materials in the future.

- All copyrights for the winning works belong to the World K-Pop Center, the organizer of "Click The Star."

- All applications must be free from legal problems with the use of portrait rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, property rights, rental rights (font, etc.), and all liability, including legal liability, rests with the participant (the principal).

- In the case of other contest winners, proxy works, or plagiarism, they are excluded from the screening and awards, and even after the award, the selection can be canceled and the prize money can be recovered.

- In the case of joint entries (teams), awards are paid to the representative, and the host organization is not involved in the distribution issue.

- We can request the winner's personal information (identification card and bankbook copy) to pay the prize money, and the winner will pay the tax and public charges for the prize money.

- The award amount is based on the exchange rate based on the prize money payment date.
